The agreement between you and Code with Abbas when you use this website or buy a course.

By creating an account or buying a course you agree to these terms. Code with Abbas is operated by Abbas Ibragimov from Baku, Azerbaijan.
If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.
You need an account to access purchased courses. Give an email address you actually control — we send verification codes and access notices to it.
Your account is personal. Do not share your login with anyone else, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.
You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Prices are shown in Azerbaijani manat (AZN) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is arranged directly with us, currently by bank transfer agreed over WhatsApp. Access is granted manually once payment is received, usually within one working day.
We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a purchase you have already made.
A course bought individually stays available in your account, including later updates to that course.
Membership gives access to every course while your membership is active. If it lapses, course access ends but your account and progress remain.
We may retire or substantially change a course. If that happens to something you bought individually, contact us and we will make it right.
Course purchases are final. Access to the full course material is granted immediately on purchase, so we do not offer refunds once access has been given.
If something has gone wrong — access never arrived, the wrong course was unlocked, or the material does not match what the course page described — write to us at a.ibragimmovv@gmail.com and we will put it right.
Course material is licensed to you for your own learning. You may use the code you write in your own projects, commercial or otherwise.
You may not share, resell, republish or redistribute the lessons, or use them to run your own teaching, without written permission.
Accounts found sharing access may have that access withdrawn without refund.
Everything on this platform — lessons, text, code samples, designs and branding — belongs to Code with Abbas unless stated otherwise.
Anything you build during a course belongs to you.
We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control can interrupt it.
We may change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you paid for, contact us.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deletion is permanent and removes your access and progress.
We may suspend or end access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, and will explain why.
The platform is educational. We do not promise particular career, employment or financial outcomes from taking a course.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and disputes fall to the courts of Baku.
If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove protections you have under your own local law.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
