This policy explains what Code with Abbas collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Code with Abbas is an online learning platform operated by Abbas Ibragimov from Baku, Azerbaijan. Where this policy says "we", it means that operation.
For anything in this document, write to a.ibragimmovv@gmail.com.
Account data: your email address, and a display name and profile picture if you provide them or sign in with Google. We never see or store your password — authentication is handled by Google Firebase.
Learning data: which courses you have access to, which lessons you have marked complete, and when.
Messages: anything you write in the contact form, including your name, email and message, so that we can reply.
We do not collect payment card details. Payments are arranged directly between you and us, and card data never passes through this website.
To create and secure your account, to verify that your email address exists, to give you access to what you have paid for, to keep track of your progress, and to answer messages you send us.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Google Firebase handles authentication and stores account and progress data. Google's privacy terms apply to that processing.
Gmail delivers verification codes and contact messages. Vercel hosts the website and processes request logs.
These providers act on our instructions. We do not share your data with anyone else.
Firebase stores a session in your browser so you stay signed in. A small cookie remembers which language you chose.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Account and learning data is kept while your account exists. Verification codes are deleted once used or after ten minutes.
You can delete your account yourself from your profile page. Doing so permanently removes your account, your course access and all progress. Messages you have sent us may remain in our email for as long as we keep correspondence.
You can view and change your display name from your profile, and delete your account at any time.
You may also ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to a.ibragimmovv@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
This platform is not intended for children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects you meaningfully, tell you by email.
This document is published in English, Azerbaijani and Russian. If the versions differ, the English version applies.
